About Me

Hello! I'm Sarah Thran, formerly Sarah Bock. I am a life long artist born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. The main mediums I work with are ink and watercolor (usually I combine the two) and since earning my degree in graphic design I've gotten really into creating graphic art. I enjoy designing stickers, t-shirts, tattoos, coloring pages and greeting cards. I really love functional art of any kind!

I am an art curator for Terramar Brewstillery in Edison, art market vendor at The Heron's Nest in Fairhaven, and graphic designer for Free Rain Farms in Ferndale. Music, nature and traveling to new places is often what inspires my artwork. I enjoy drawing animals, mountains, flowers, clouds, mushrooms, and mandala or henna like patterns. No matter what medium I'm using I strive to create strong contrast between bold black lines and colorful backgrounds and gradients.

Outside of art I love to see live music, shop small, visit breweries, cook, hike, go on road trips and spend time with my husband, family and my dog. Please reach out to me through my contact page if you are interested in any commission work or if you'd just like to connect.
